What class, race, char name and level are you: Level 80 undead priest
What is your current spec: I'm currently specced 17/54/0, though i'm willing to change it if you would prefer that.
How long have you played WoW, and how long have you played with this character: I started playing WoW around half a year after it came out. I only have around 11 days played on this char as i started levling it 1 month before the WotLK release. Before that i didn't play half a year or so but now I'm back :P
How much and at what hours do you play WoW per week: Well, at the weekdays i usually play from 20.00 to 02.00 or so, and in the weekends i play whenever i feel like it :)
Does this mean you can raid 18:30-23 most weekdays and 18:30-23 on Sundays then: As long as i modify my daily routines, yes
What are your previous endgame raiding experiences: When TBC came, i more or less levled to 70 and played in very small amounts. Sometimes i didn't even play for whole weeks meaning i don't have any experience from TBC, though i did ZG, AQ20, MC, ONY. This was on my hunter for the record.
Do you have any more chars: I have a 70 hunter on Grim Batol and a 70 druid on Earthen Ring.
Reason why you wanna join: I wish to progress through raids once more and this seems like a great guild for it. Unless it proves out you're all overly agressive and mad most of the time, I'm quite sure this is going to be a good guild for me :)
Do you know anyone in Valhalla: I'm not sure. I've heard from a friend that one of the members here was in my paralell class from 1st to 7th grade, though i don't have any contact with him now, and neither did i have back then because my class was afraid of theirs and they were som *******s in the recesses ^^
Whats your expectations of Valhalla: I'm excpecting a nice and friendly guild who keeps the joking mostly outside of the raids, and that atleast stays a little active when they are not raiding.
What do you think you would provide to our guild: Dry humor i guess. That's what my friends keep telling me :) And some healing as well :P
What previous guilds have you been in, and why did you leave them: The only serious guild i've been it that is worth mentioning was on my hunter before TBC arrived. This is quite a long time ago so i don't remember the name. I joined it when we were building it up and raided with it untill the leader and the class leaders got an offer to join the best guild on the server. Then they instantly left the remaining guild, and not long after it disbanded. This was when we were beginning with BWL.
Any other information you might want to share with us: Don't think there's anything else important to mention.
What addons/programs do u need to be able to function properly in the guild: I'm not sure of what guilds use now as i haven't been raiding for quite a while, but back in the days i used Threatmeter and CTraid. None of those is installed atm but that won't take long to fix if you would require so.
Thanks for reading this. I'm awaiting your response :)
Well, i reached level 80 on friday and i haven't made up my mind on what enchants i wish to spend my money on yet. I thought i would focus on weapon enchant first, though my staff at the moment is nothing i would spent any cash on. I'm hoping to get the mace from nexus hc and off-hand book of obscure remedies. If i can pull that together then i'll definately enchant the mace. I'm also thinking of enchanting my cloak with reduced threat and 10 spirit. I've heard it's a rather expensive enchant though, which is why i thought i'd save that one untill i have the mace enchanted so i can see how much gold i still have to spend so i don't run out and can't afford further enchanting on the rest of my gear.
Regarding what i meant with changing my daily routines, it's nothing more than going to the gym after school instead of 1-2 hours after dinner :)
1. It looks like you have been playing quite off and on earlier. If we take you in, we would like you to usually be active (holiday trips and stuff always show up ofc). What do you think abt this?
2. Enchants. It's actually good if you could use cheap(est) enchants even on bad items, as you don't know when you can upgrade them, and it still gives some boost. We have enchanters, they would help you if you get the mats.
Well, i would consider myself active. Been playing 2-8 hours every day for the last 1-2 months and i don't see a reason to stop with that. Although i might not be so much online in the week that begins tomorrow as it's sort of a "half-year" graduation week. I'll have full day tests every day except tomorrow.
I'll of course enchant my gear if you find it benefiting, although i have to disagree on buying expensive enchants on gear that i'm itching to get rid of :)
I mean, enchant wise, that you use a crap enchant on a crap item, medium enchant on medium item, and best enchant on good item. Ofc if you KNOW you have an update coming soon there is no need to enchant, but lots of updates are unpredictable due to randomness indrops, and having at least some enchant until it happens, helps.
i appreciate the tips :) think i'll go for enchanting reduced threat and spirit on cloak and see what's available for belt and chest, although my staff is nearly down at green level quality so i'm not sure of that one yet :/
If your accepted feel free to shout me ingame, i am levelling enchanting so have some mats and am happy to do it for you. i am 390 atm but should skill up a bit more in the next few days.
