ah... my bad:P i'm not very agressive and i don't think any of my friends ingame or irl thinks so either. when raids/instances runs fail becouse of someone who don't know tacts for a boss or are unsure about them and don't tell the rest so we can explain i usually get a little annoyed but nothing seriuos:P

1) i didn't mean that a guildbank needs big contribution... i just meant that when ppl put all kinds of trash in it the guildbank has little function and is a waste.
2)i do know that raids go wrong sometimes and that it probably will be lots of wipes in wotlk before ppl adapt to it. and raids going wrong isn't the end of the world as it is only a game, but i meant when ppl join the raid and don't stay the whole run even tho they said the could do whole. and ppl going for 1 item and when that don't drop they leave, it was such things i was pointing towards.
3)**** up on rolls happen and it's hard to do something about it when it's done :P people do roll wrong sometimes altho a stupid mistake it's only a mistake, but i meant more the ninjaing sort in raids that ain't using ML that i have seen so all too much of lately.
4)ofc i understand and knows that all guilds have shouty times but when it comes to a point when noone listens to the raidleader and spam roll on items. i have been in guilds where the raidleaders have reigned with a hand of terror and it always works :P it's not always easy to pull of tho and it can leave the guild in a kind of frosty attitude towards eachother wich maybe isn't worth the price as in a raid the most important thing (atleast for me) is having fun playing the game =)
i do not throw things around or even flip out if anything wrong happens in raids as it ain't gonna make anything better =) and i would rather wipe much and make a few extra bosses than leaving in the middle as i would be saved anyways.
