Do you know anyone in Valhalla:maybe but I'm not sure
Whats your expectations of Valhalla (elaborate pls):hmm I hope I will farm with you kara and all 25m raids ;) this will give me a lot of fun
What do you think you would provide to our guild (explaining a bit, again, would be good):DPS I'm ele shammy, my gear isnt so good but I hope I will get better with Valhalla ;)                                       
What previous guilds have you been in, and why did you leave them:the order (group of players leave it and guild didn't be raidable ;p) unforgiven (my comp down so I couldnt play some time) and some little guilds where playing is borring

An ele shammy is the guild would be fun, but in my opinion u really need to improve on ur gear. Also the fact that u have only got rep-rewards and quest-items shows that u havn't done much instance's. That kinda spooks me for the fact that pve is about teamplay and u dont seem to have much (tbc-)teamplay experience.

my vote: No, improve ur gear and report back ;)
