Maybe not the best apply, not he best gear. But still i vote yes coz he is a good guy. He has been with us in a few raids and he have pretty good so far.

This is a very good friend friend of mine and therefore it would be very fun if he could join. I guess his gear isnt so bad, maby it could have some improvements but i think it looks decent. Since we are in bwl alot now the FR isnt really that needed. He's a guy that learns from his mistakes and he is a quick learner on new encounters. A nice guy and as I said it would be fun if he could join =)

i´m sure that this is a nice guy and all and he would for sure improve the even now imba social enviorment of valhalla...but tbh we cant just let people in because its friends of us..ofc that should be a big plus but imo his gear is not good enough to help us out

Im sorry, but i 100% agree with Bobo.
We cant keep letting people in just because they are good friends, who have very poor gear.
We are now on Nefarian, and we need people's gear to help us out.

Given that Extrott has outperformed several of our better-geared members in the runs where he has joined us, I think it'd be a mistake to pass on this application if there is room for another mage.

its always more fun to raid with freinds but your gear aint fitted to our state of raiding, you can doo fine in mc and zg, but seriusly... you did fine in the few runs you did with us. but i cant accept this application it is simply against too meny of my requirements for a good application.

- not even ZG geared

- application is very short and boring. if you had taken your time and looked at the last mage application you would have noticed that i dont fond people who just writes yes and no, very apealing.

- you havnt been in eny guild before ? doo you have eny raid experience exept the 2 raids you have done with us ?

- what is it precisly you like about your spec and doo you see it as a good spec for pve ?

well first of all, this is my first app. and i know its kinda booring. but i dont know what to write to make it look good.

second, i'v been with you guys in mc and zg a couple of times and i hope that i done well. i'v done some zg runs with another guild too but when i was in that guild i was only trial and i didnt get any thing. thats why my gear looks like crap.

and the last thing: my spec. i love it! Clearcasting gives some manareduce and 41 points in frost +imp. blizzard makes some good aoe.

I have no doubt you play your class well. i did notice you in the runs you have joined and im not declining you. would like a bit debate first though, cus you are a "rookie". accepting you would be based from the fact that you out damaged 2 of our current pretty well geared mages both in a ZG run and in a MC run, this in my sence of logic would mean that i have to give those mages a warning and later a kick if they dont stop slacking.

the thing with your application... it couldnt be that hard to look through a few of the allready posted applications, there is only about 100 to get ideas from...

ill see what others will post after this but and give me of information. as it is now i havnt made up my mind yet but im slightly for a "accept".

you still have a few things to learn about pve specs :) good aoe and clearcasting is good. but the rest of your talent tree is up for another debate ^^

keep posting a few comments to this application ill make up my mind tommorow evening.

I dont really find anything wrong with he's build, if he is comfortable with it it's fine for me, and after all its a grinding specc.

his attitude seems great, but is his gear really up for it? don't know what i'm going to vote here... because those runs he were in i did not notice him out damage any of our current mages.

If he have performed well in a ZG run and also in a MC run he could be a valuable addition. The gear is perhaps not top of the line, but if he can outdamage others with his current gear i think that he has the potential to become an aggro magnet with some better gear.

Also i think that we could fit in another mage in guild.

yeah i agree that its more important with skills that kills then gear that people fear

but still...in new challanges is it important with people with good gear and skills..he could do ok in ZG and MC..but in bwl? ..not so sure tbh

Hahaha rawr this is what i like, Ok first of all omfg he have Iceblock and imp blizzard, thats like omgwtf he cant die. So ofc i can see that Si dont likes his build.
Since Si support the more suicidal way of playing ;)

And as reko says, This guy really is a black sheep! he have done couple of misstakes.
But it all says itself when he run after run have outdamaged our mages with his crappy gear. So give this guy a zgrun and MC-run Si well be on his toes shaking

To Extrotts application ill say Welcome to valhalla.

you will join valhalla for some reasons.

even tho you havnt got eny good piece of equipment eny raid experience or eny skills to show for in your application, then ill axcept you for 3 reasons.

1: meny of those who i trust in the game find you a nice fella and that you will become a good and trusted raider in valhalla.

2: that you stay focused and acording to your equipment and the upgrades you WILL get then i want to see you climb the dmg meter. actually you cant call it upgrades. when you get some amor on the slots you can see when you press C then i want you to climb the dmg meter aswell :)

3: im a Danish bugger, and the majority in the guild is swedish, so I had to deal with group pressure and have been paid alot to accept you application.
(bah i wish^^)
na i doo believe that you will be an active and trusted raider, the fact that your gear aint that good and that you did some good damage in the raids will help me to establish exactly who of the rest of the mages slack and in the future when you are equially geared with the rest of us i feel you will be they Nr.1. on the dmg list.
