A profile means that info of what items you have etc. have been uploaded to a web site, wow.allakhazam.com or ctprofiles.net. You should find info of how to create a profile on the sites. Example: http://ctprofiles.net/1412655


FR = fire resistance


"What do you think you would provide to our guild" = what qualities are you bringing to the guild, i.e in what way is the guild becoming better if you join?
