Hey. Did you know that you can buy very cheap gems and put them in temporarily? In that way the gear gets better while grinding money for better gems.

well you can also get cheap gems :) dont have to cost more than average 2g each to your gear.

Anyway, gear aint good enough and it seems like you never get that kara invite in valhalla even though you are trial!!!! But you want to get epics in SSC... what you do now?

Just wanna add that raiding is darn expensive too, if you where to raid with us it would probably cost u the same as abt 6 of those expensive gems per week or more, we do require ppl to be fully potted and flasked and ready to wipe for progress ^^

We do need resto droods but Ill leave it for the expert healers to decide

Anyway, what items are you trying to get next? Do you know what items is worth the most for you and is easy obtainable?

I want to upgrade all the blues first. I havent really checked after spesific items.
But in most parts my blues are fairly easy to upgrade.
About items that is worth the most to me, do you mean stats-wise? Or just in general what I am aiming for?

Your healing is just to low for the raids an bosses we are doing atm i only vote yes if you have the follow enchants:

+35 healing an 7mp5 on your head (you get it from thrallmar faction reward)
+6mp5 on chest
+35 healing on gloves
+66 healing an 20 stamina on leggs (you can buy from ah) golden spelthread
+29 healing on shoulders (aldor or scryer faction reward)
+30 healing or 6mp5 on bracers.
+81 healing on your weapon
Vitality on boots

I know it cost a lot an you maye think its a waste of your gold to enchant blue gear but its the only thing you can do atm to upgrade your gear for our 25 man raids.

Vote no till you have all those enchants.

A simple advice. If u r low on money just start lvl up your lock. U will make alot of money from quests. Just install Whdb and cartographer. U will realize that lvling up is easy and fun @ the same time. And when u will hit 70 u will still have alot of quest to complete, u just have to make fast 5-6 quests before the raid, and voilla u r prepared.

I have to say looking at your gear even with enchants on that may push you to 1100 + Heals that just is not good enough even for Kara.

Some one that could get up to spec with one or two runs through Kara would be a benifit to the guild but I would say a whole load of runs for this guy and building up the gold to gem and enchant will be a drain on the guild.

Not sure if I can comment if not remove, but my vote would be a no but keep in touch with Russel and if any spare spots are available on Kara runs then join in.

I know im just a trial myself guys, but seriuosly didnt people start doing kara with greenies and blues? this dude has average gear for kara, ye he should enchant and he probably will.. :p healers doesnt come easy, i would have voted yes and let him do kara to get gear improvements;D - just my saying

Russel you are correct about his gear being ok for kara, however we are recruiting players for SSC/TK and beyond so his gear does need some work to meet the requirments.

Yes Russel, but back then when we in Valhalla had greens and blues we were a Karazhan guild. We are not a Karazhan guild anymore and therefore have higher requirements. We aim for progressing further in SSC and TK atm and therefor want the applicants to have gear that helps us do that. Accepting applicants that does have gear that is not good enough will take time and effort for our current members to help them out with gearing up. This time and effort we rather spend on continuing progressing in SSC and TK.

We do, however, have a need for another resto druid but not such a urgent need that we will accept people with below karazhan gear and that does not have gems or enchants.

I agree with my fellow members above that as long as the gear is not better or enchanted I have to /vote no.

Hey again guys:)
I have Gems in all socket slots now, not the best out there but still.
And i have all the enchants you listed except 35 healing and 7mp5 on head.
I am Honored whit Thrallmar and a bit under halfway to revered so it wont take long untill i have that enchant to.

I understand if you guys still wont accept me, but if you could give me some more pointers to what i need to join i would appreciate it:)

Great job tbh, like me an some other officers said you have our yes vote if you get all the enchants an best gems you can buy from ah. So go grind thrallmar rep for the head enchant get best gems from ah,

An then there isnt much more you can do.

Hope you go farm heroics for badges when we not raiding. An bring loads of manapots everyraid to keep your mana up during the whole fight. Also bring healing food, healing elixirs, quardians elixirs an manaoils.

So go get the best gems an the head enchant mate.

Hey guys.
I've updated my gems now to the best i could find in AH.
Also done some heroics for badges.
The thing is, i cant find groups for heroic HC or SH normal, so the head enchant is taking longer time then i expected.
Hope thats not a problem, im working on it:)

Have to say just checked this guys stats on Armoury and he is sitting at 1250 + Heals shows a lot of effort and quick increase in healing ability that is about the max he could get tbh pre Kara so I can see no reason why he cant be a bennifit to the guild now.
