What addons/programs do u need to be able to function properly in the guild? Vent / TS , decursive and CT raid.

Are there eny endgame instances you are not attuned to ? (we are facing entering Naxx very soon so if you dont have it, then we would like to know how far from getting it you are):Naxx but i can get attuned there in a sec ;).
